Interior renderings
The project proposes an urban development of 220 hectares on the outskirts of Santa Marta, with an occupation of approximately 20,000 housing units, located on both sides of the Alternate Way to the Port and near the new stadium of the city. This occupation raises a growth of 12% of the population of the city, estimated to occur in a period of 20 years.

Axonometría
SOSTENIBILIDAD Y ADAPTACIÓN A CAMBIO CLIMÁTICO
At urban scale, it was sought that the project had accessibility to the metropolitan scale through the Alternate Way to the Port and urban connections with a local street of access and service to all the blocks of the complex. This street offers environmental, pedestrian and landscape qualities and also allows the connection of facilities and parks to the west with homes to the east.
The urban plot is arranged in a north-south direction to make the buildings on the blocks have an adequate sun, improving the bioclimatic and sustainability characteristics in the construction of the entire complex. Throughout the plot, parks, equipment and shopping areas are distributed, making each block have a special attraction.
